How to order:
Orders can be placed at the
shop, over the telephone, or by fax. Please have all necessary
information ready so that your order can be filled quickly and
accurately. Be sure to complete the Torque Converter Techniques
Specification Sheet if you are ordering a torque converter.

Forms of Payment:
Orders can be prepaid with
cash, cashier's check, certified check, money order or credit card. We
accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. The only forms
of payment accepted for UPS COD's are cashier's check, certified
check, and money order. Established customers may pay with a company
check. We verify all credit card purchases to prevent credit card
fraud. NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR UPS COD PAYMENTS!

Shipping &
Handling Options:
All of our prices do not
include shipping. All converters and parts will be shipped via UPS and
transmissions will be shipped freight unless prior arrangements have
been made. Please call regarding special shipping arrangements such as
Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select. Orders are accepted from
anywhere in the world. If a particular country does not have a DYNAMIC
Racing Transmissions dealer, then special arrangements can be made for
shipment. Orders over 150 lbs. will be shipped truck freight. UPS
charges vary according to weight and level of service (Standard, Next
Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select).
Freight charges for
transmission shipping to most locations in the U.S. are as follows:
Shipment to a
business address varies depending on location.
Residential delivery
is extra.
There is no C.O.D.
available on freight shipments.
There is a $40.00
crating fee if you have your own shipping company pick up the
shipment.
Damaged
Shipments:
All shipments are insured.
Damage claims must be made with the freight company. Do not return
damaged merchandise to DYNAMIC without proper arrangements.
Returns:
No merchandise will be accepted
for return without prior approval. Special order items, or any that
have been altered or damaged will not be accepted. Returned
merchandise is subject to a 10% restocking fee and the customer is
responsible for all shipping charges. Refunds will be in the form of
credit. No returns after 30 days.
Unclaimed
Goods:
Any parts, materials, products
or goods not claimed 30 days after completion become the sole property
of DYNAMIC™ Racing Transmissions, LLC.
